Nutrition

Poor dietary habits contribute to many chronic health problems. Many of these conditions can be managed, improved and even corrected through diet.  A good quality diet can help to optimize health and prevent or reverse nutrition-related health problems.  Therapeutic diets are used to manage medical conditions.

You can benefit from nutrition therapy if you…

  • are confused about what constitutes an optimal diet
  • are pregnant or are trying to conceive
