Nutrition for Health
There is a direct correlation between the food we eat and our general state of well-being.  Eating well is one of the pillars of lasting good health and can help  to optimize health, prevent, and even put you on the road to healing nutrition-related health problems.
Whether you are interested in a simple nutrition “tune-up” session, or a more in depth medical nutrition intervention—the Marino Center nutritionists can help you navigate through the abundance of nutritional information and guide you toward the best  food choices for you.

Nutrition Therapy
The Marino Center’s nutritionists are Registered Dietitians who have training in nutrition therapy and in functional medicine - which considers the unique nutritional needs of each individual and the aspects that make up his/her life.
