Registration Instructions

If you are a new visitor to our website and have not yet registered or, have not received a secure message from your provider, please follow the instructions below to create a new account.

• Click Here for the Patient Portal
• Click on ‘Register’, at the top left of the page (If you click on Register here, it will be bring right to the registration page)
• Accept the Disclaimer
• On the ‘Create a New Account’ screen just fill in all necessary information which includes entering a user ID, first and last name, email address, password, 2 hint questions and then click save. If all the information is accepted you will be sent on to the next step, patient verification. If the information is not accepted it will bring you back to the create a new account page with an explanation of why it has not been accepted (in red text).
• The ‘Alternate Notification Email’ field is to be left blank but can be used in the future if you change email addresses. If you enter an email address in this field all future emails will be sent to the alternate email address, however this will not change your account login ID. The login will still be the former email address.

Patient Verification Instructions

At the patient verification page read the information and choose ‘I have an appointment’ or ‘I have been seen by a Marino center provider before’ in order to proceed with the validation process and then click next. You will be sent to a page where you will enter your first name, last name, date of birth and gender. 

To enter the date of birth click on the blue down arrow to the right of the blank space. A calendar will pop up with blue down arrows near the month and year. Enter the year first in then the month and day. then enter gender and click on  verify. Please enter your date of birth in mm/dd/yyyy format in order for it to verify correctly.

Once you are signed in, you may access Patient Services, Clinical Forms, and Resources by clicking on the desired tab on the left side of this page.

These services are designed to enhance the way you communicate with your clinician and manage your healthcare. Studies have shown that patients are likely to be healthier when they take an active role in their care. Through these features, we hope to provide you the highest level of service and give you another way to take on an active role in maintaining your own health.
