“My approach to nutrition consultation utilizes a blend of traditional nutrition and dietetics training, combined with a study of holistic healing modalities (such as mind-body medicine, energy medicine, psychology, visualization and healing, meditation and body awareness techniques). I try to individualize all nutrition plans and work with each person’s unique issues and lifestyle.”
