“I incorporate manual therapies (for example: craniosacral, trigger point and lymphatic drainage) and motivational and lifestyle medicine strategies to assist people in obtaining their unique level of optimum potential for health, high energy and well being. 

My philosophy is that healing progresses best when patients are actively involved in their own health care.  I counsel patients on the various treatment options, vital behaviors and self-care skills that promote each individual’s unique healing needs.”

Lab Hours
