Caring for women over the lifespan.  Hormone MGT, menopause, PMS, abnormal pap smears, chronic GYN pain, adolescent health, contraception.  Holistic women's health with emphasis on nutrition, exercise, life balance and stress management.

Philosophy of Care:
"I practice holistic women's health care. I care for women over their lifespan. I look at patients individually within the context of their liefstyle, genetics and health risks. I explore the physical, psychological and spirtitual realms of care. I emphasize nutrition, exercise, stress recognition and management, community support and a balanced life. My best patient care is done by working as a team with the conventional and integrative practitioners at our center. I love my work and the women that I am privileged to care for in my practice."
